Change of mind

As our products are thoughtfully prepared and packed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, faulty or incomplete orders

If your pack arrives damaged, contains a faulty item or is missing components, please get in touch with us at playfullycreativenz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, where possible. We'll work with you to put things right, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund or another remedy is legally required, we will honour those rights.
